If you become aware of and can prove identity fraud, we agree to pay up to £25,000 for legal fees to defend a claim wrongly made against you as a result of identity fraud including cover of your communication costs, loss of earnings, reinstatement of credit rating via statutory declaration, or re-application for loans.
We will give you access to a confidential helpline if you believe that you have been a victim of identity fraud.
